The conditions of the victims are unknown at this time. According to a Fort Collins police post on X, the shooting occurred around 5 p.m. The shooting occurred on the sidewalk outside the mall.
No arrests have been made and the suspect remains at large, according to the Fort Collins Police Department. Police are urging people to avoid the area around the shopping center (215 E.
